HUNNTING LODGE( hotel)
History
The hunting lodge was built 1980 for the former leaders of the communist party to go and hunt in the near by preserved area for a bird Srebarna. When the communism fell down the lodge was turned into a hotel. At the moment the preserve area of Srebarna is forbidden for any hunting it is allowed to make a trips there with ornithologists.
It has been operating as a hotel from 1990 till 2004.
The building
The hotel (hunting lodge) is five storey building consist of 18 double rooms and three apartments. The apartments and the rooms are furnished and could accommodate guest
The hotel has a restaurant for a 50(fifty ) people .It is furnished and can operate.
Under the restaurant there is a night club for a 100 people
Next to the restaurant there is a bar fully furnished
The hotel has got a fully equipped kitchen it is in working condition but the equipment is old one (15-17 year old)
The plot of the Hotel
The hotel goes for sale with a plot of land of 4000 sq.m.
It has got about 150 m border with a river Danube and has a direct access to the river.
The plot is about 15 m above the river level so there is no threat of floods
On the plot there is a parking for about 20-25 cars.
There is a playing field for a football which can be turned into a tennis field.
The rest of the plot is designed as a small park with a garden.

The landscape around is hilly with a forest on the left side next to the hotel .
On the right side about 300 m away there are a small houses and hotel accommodating tourists
On the front side the plot is bordering the river Danube. There is a direct access to the river.
There is an asphalt road from the hotel to the near by preserved area Srebarna and the nearby town of Silistra.

The Hunting lodge -HOTEL is located on the river bank of Danube in the north-east Bulgaria.The hotel(hunting lodge) is located in the north –east Bulgaria about 400 km away from the capital of Bulgaria –Sofia. The near by town is Silistra about 20 km east from the place. The air port of Silistra is about 15 km away from the Hotel. The preserved wild bird area of Srebarna is about 4 km away. The sea cost is about 90 km away. The distance to the town of Varna(the biggest town on the north Bulgarian sea coast) on the Bulgarian sea coast is about 135 km away.The town of Ruse where is the bridge connecting Bulgaria and Romania is about 100 km west from the Hotel. The town of Silistra is an important river port on the river Danube. From Silistra there are a regular river transport to all European cities located on the bank of river Danube. There is a ferry connecting Silistra with a Romanian town of Kalarash located on the opposite bank of the river Danube.
